The unit came with the wrong handle screws and instruction manual. Went to Ace to look for the right screw but to no avail. Called Revine and explained the situation. Got a loan but no screws I called Karasin but was told the phone was off. Email sent with phone number, got a call. You are in Hong Kong! A few weeks later I received the screws and instructions. Probably it was necessary to study the topic better and buy an American! The cooler looks good and works perfectly.
