My experience: Item review: PSU died after 1.5 years ago 2 years warranty Support account for: 1. Called customer service - they told me to go through the RMA process on their website.2. Passed the RMA process and received an e-shop number with a ticket number.3. I called estore and was told they have no idea why they gave me this number - they told me to call another number.4. Called (812) 282-2787 with 2 email ticket application numbers and 1 phone ticket application number. I was told that the PSU was out of warranty.5. After reading the entire warranty tab we learned that there are no exceptions to the 2 year warranty - the part died within 2 years and hence there is. I pointed out that the PSU was indeed under warranty and the support rep proceeded with the RMA.6 procedure. During the RMA process I was not instructed to return the PSU - I stated it was the culprit! She stated that it would take 2-3 weeks for the RMA team to evaluate the router and then ship it back to me as the power supply is not protected. After 42 minutes and 35 seconds I was directed to the customer service checkout after receiving instructions that I needed to submit an RMA online for further assistance. Unacceptable, ASUS.
