NOT OVERALL as advertised but SMALL, THIN and FLAMMABLE. Difficult to put on the toilet seat due to the folding rails and the thin and fragile paper. The cutout is too small for all standard American toilets. It can barely cover the entire toilet leaving my skin exposed to multiple parts of the toilet and my underwear exposed to the top/mouth of the toilet where residue from others is likely to be. Not hygienic. Bad during the COVID pandemic.
