A nice upgrade from my 90's gold phones! Easy assembly, adjustable from right to left, also adjustable in distance to the door edge. The finish seems solid enough, although I haven't hammered anything into it yet. I only cleaned it occasionally, walked past it with my hands full and didn't scratch it. The square hole lid is slightly larger than my old handle so hides signs of wear on the door, I appreciate that. The back of the lever is solid, making it easy to clean. An extended hex key for attaching the lever is included. You can hang it up for future use if needed. So far so good, now I need to replace all the phones in my house with these updated beauties.
