I really think it deserves 3 stars but I'm giving it 4 because I'm not sure if it's my ignorance or if the parts were wrong. I use the #17 forehead trimmer that comes with my AHP Alpha Tig. directly from the bubble wrap, the collet length is too long. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong one or if they sent the wrong collet. Plugged in my new lens gas at 20 CFH, cold rolled 3/32" bright shiny metal rubbed with acetone. Sparks flash, metal stuck to my new gas lens, new lens can't take it off, now its flow pattern is broken. I still have no pyrex cup used I'm a little scared, here's why: Again, I don't know if it's my ignorance or if there's something wrong. At 25-30 CFH., I was hoping the lens would reduce CFH would, but that's not the case. I have to work at 25-35 CFH to get coverage that really covers. I was hoping to go down to 15-20 CFH with the lens. I've tried different cup sizes, in hoping to reduce the CFH but it doesn't.I've tried 5-8 and the weld quality is about the same. The other piece of this puzzle is my torch is getting so hot I can't keep it to 75 amps , if I 3 to 4 inches at a time ig weld a 3/0.32" plate. I contacted the seller asked me to do some tests and everything was verified. It's a little frustrating because it just takes a good sparkling show for the metal to stick to the lens screen and then (at least I do) results in the lens being thrown away due to contamination. Very frustrating! It's 3 stars to be honest but I'm giving it 4 because of a doubt, part of the doubt is due to the operator. Quality?
