The interface is very clear and easy to use. It is simple to set up for new customers who don't have much experience on this type of software system. I would recommend having someone that has some understanding about how the DPC solution works when setting it up for an existing customer. When we implemented our first list, many people were not aware of what they needed to do in order to get started. This was remedied once their account was activated. We also had a number of issues connecting to the API's but once again this was fixed after activating the service.
