I plugged this into my USB port and my 3rd monitor is plugged into it. When I wake up the computer for the first time in the morning, the third monitor doesn't turn on and I usually have to restart the computer for it to turn on. Then when I open a new version of the working software, the third monitor goes black and moves all the windows that were on that screen to one of the other two. Then the 3rd window opens again. It hurts a bit, but it works in the end.
