don't waste your money. I had very high hopes too! At our grocery stores they have seafood pockets they make with veggies that you can take home and sniff a few and dinner was ready and tasted good. I liked the idea and thought I could make it cheaper. Yes. no . The vegetables are poorly cooked and the meat is spongy. I've tried different types of fish or shrimp and different vegetables with no success. The package says not to use anything oil based. I admit I tried that there too, but still not quite right. I only tried vegetables but steamed badly and better in a bowl with some water. Great idea, but no winner.
