Review on Lookeen by Mario Anderson

Ease of search engine, no need to switch browsers for each window or project - works with just one product enabling you spend less time doing searches but still having all info at your fingertips! It does index PDF files well as that is our main requirement here. However we did not have any problems during testing process (we had some issues in first version however they sorted out quickly). No complaints what so ever only suggestion would be more advanced settings like "create shortcuts" etc could give us little extra work to get things done quicker than using keyboard alone :) Great tool if used properly - easy access through multiple apps & platforms from office computer to Android device- everything gets indexed perfectly. Our search team are happy knowing there's now much easier way searching their data instead of digging it up physically when needed via paper file folders. The most useful thing about lookeen is that it can search for anything you want, even if its not in your computer (eg documents). I was looking for something to help me find my important files quickly but couldn't do so as they were all spread across multiple computers. Once i set up lookeen to sync with dropbox and installed an app called "loome" then everything changed! Now when i open any of those file folders, lookeen automatically shows them along with their metadata like creation date etc.
