This is a decent collar made well with good materials for dogs over 20 pounds. The lock for the buckle is a nice feature but is likely to get unlocked as it's fairly easy to move the slider just in regular handling. But the buckle itself is unlikely to release making the collar secure even with the slider unlocked. Unlike many Chinese collars and leashes the reflective stitching actually works. The blue is a nice color and this collar should last a long time. I'd suggest these collars for dogs over 20 - 25 pounds as they're fairly heavy duty and might be uncomfortable for a smaller dog.
