Review on 🏎️ Enhance Performance with EXEDY 08806 Racing Clutch Kit by Mahmut Ojeda

I cannot express how happy I am with this product. I drive a stock Civic Si 08. At 17km I had the 3rd gear synchro replaced (these cars are notorious for that). After 17,000 miles (34,000 now) the transmission felt sluggish and there was the occasional drag in 3rd gear no matter how careful I was (I'd say I take better care of my car than 80% of SI drivers). An Exedy Stage 1 clutch paired with an Exedy HF02 flywheel ($250) brings the car back to absolute driving pleasure. The gearbox is nice and clean, shifts are buttery smooth and 3rd gear is gone. The increased power the pressure plate now has, as well as the 13 pounds shed with the new flywheel, make the engine significantly more responsive. Previously, the engine oscillated with speed adjustment. Now this doesn't happen. The car (virtually without torque) abruptly begins to work in 1st gear. I cannot express how happy I am with this product. Spend an extra $250 on a flywheel. It's worth it. I realized how terrible the stock clutch and flywheel are.
