Does not work in fire protection mode

. We were supposed to receive it on November 6th and 7th, but I received it on November 15th. If this one works, I'll keep it anyway. but doesn't work, we tried for a long time last night, it can't detect any smoke, I check the front and back, it has no UL sticker, I'm afraid to take it apart, I can't assemble it , so I have to send it back.
