This is a great set of 35 2" Roloc Abrasive Discs. Wheels that use zirconia as the abrasive, as well as 5 grades of 2" Roloc abrasive wheels with nylon cloth for surface preparation/deburring. This makes them useful to me on almost any surface as zirconia is a tough abrasive, harder and more durable than alumina. It is well bonded to the discs. Grating wheels remove paint and prepare most metal surfaces. They use a Roloc-style spin on a quick-change hard rubber mandrel that is included. I'm guessing 2 mandrel shafts, so my choice is a standard 1/4" hex drive or a 1/4" round shaft. If I were to pick just one for exclusive use I would add a drop of Lock Tite thread sealant when assembling the mandrel. It's a great value with 5 coarse Roloc abrasive discs in 60, 80 and 120 grit every 2 inches. The seller states a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm for these 2-inch Strip-It discs. With a sander, drill/screwdriver, or other power tool, they're really good for sanding rough surfaces. I have found that they are in fact the newest and easily interchangeable with the Roloc system. Eye and face protection is a must! Be careful when using high speed rotary tools and add a dust mask if needed. I recommend this Crossarctic brand.
