The cute mermaid dress is the best in my rating

Bought this for my 2 daughters for my nephew's ocean birthday theme. The swimsuit is like a high quality material, doesn't look or feel cheap, the color is bright. It's big, but maybe because my girls are petite. My daughter is 8 years old (46lbs) and a size 6-7 is perfect (8-9 was too loose) while my other daughter who just turned 6 (37lbs) a size 4-5 is perfect.
