Review on 🔬 AmScope LED Compound Microscope, All-Metal Body, Optical Glass Lens, Portable, 6 Magnification Settings 40x-1000x, AC/Battery Power Option by Danny Porter

If you are new to microscopy or want to introduce your kids to the microscopic world, this is a great microscope! I decided to buy it instead of the "kids microscope" fearing the kids microscopes would disappoint. So glad I did! It definitely meets my expectations for magnification (40x-1000x), well made and solid. It was a reasonable price ($85). Remember that this is a microscope only, you need to buy slides and coverslips separately. I've uploaded some photos of the paper towel and wasp bits so you can judge the quality. (Do you know they were only captured by my phone, albeit through an eyepiece.) In the photo of the wasp's head, I was able to mimic a stereo microscope by illuminating the wasp while I was looking at it. It was pretty elegant. The only scam I can think of is that the instructions the microscope gives are almost useless. Therefore, if you have any questions, you may have to search the Internet. Highly recommended!
