It's hard to imagine, at least for someone over 40 like me, that in a tiny addition to a USB port there could be enough space for an antenna or space for the electronics Good. But in my case it is because the Wi-Fi cable modem is only 25 feet away and a wall. It was pretty much plug 'n' play for my 1 year old Dell running Windows 7 Pro, it only took a few minutes to install the driver and get up and running. (My definition of "plug and play" is just under six hours.) Undoubtedly there are situations or requirements where a larger model is required, e.g. B. a greater distance or a higher speed.
