I was hoping this would fix the large stains on my 4 year old light gray problem. The addition of Oxy was suggested by Bissell (the maker of my air purifier). Unfortunately, it didn't make much of a difference to the natural cleanser I had previously purchased. The stain comes from where my husband's dog likes to sleep. She has a small daybed mattress that she sleeps on, but the stain was caused by a yellow mattress pad rubbing against the carpet underneath. Well, the price you pay for the wonderful rewards of raising a gorgeous Akita. Otherwise the carpet worked great, so four stars.
