Buying cheap end mills is always a risk but I only had to make a few cuts and they come in packs of 10 so even if some of these dull or break during the milling time I knew not to I would have plenty of spare parts to get the job done. Turns out they're really good! I've used them to contour 3mm acrylic sheets and make a few plunge cuts in red oak and in both cases they cut cleanly and without fuss. They don't have a particularly long cut, I wouldn't cut deeper than say 6mm without milling the relief over the desired contour, but they are sharp and have good chip control. I will gladly buy this brand again if I need inexpensive cutters.
