Not heated: styling tools and equipment
Rectifier does not heat up properly. I usually set my rectifiers at 380 or 390, this one I need to set at 420 to get the same amount of heat. I almost never straighten my hair in the summer when I bought it, so in the fall when I started using it I realized it was too late to return it.
