It has become so easy to track repairs using this program! As soon as you put something in it will be sent right back to your inbox with an update letting you know what needs doing next. Nothing but great things here I love all of my clients that have used the system throughout our history together. The only thing we do not like about open RMA is when there are no updates or issues it would be nice if they came out more often than once every 3 months. Great customer service always available via email or phone. We use the database for repairs.
