Review on DocketPORT Duplex Document Scanner DP488 by Kenkoy Braggs

Everything is fine. Very little is included for customization. You need to download the program online. Not so much for a manual. Works well, but sometimes doesn't register on the computer. I want to be able to scan a white background. It only scans the black around the document I'm scanning. So when I need to print a document, it doesn't look professional. Also, we make a lot of insurance cards and I wish there was an easier option in the drop down list for this size. This is a good scanner and I can see why it can be used for mobile use. But as a cheaper option for a doctor's office, I wouldn't recommend it.
