Use with an electric knife.

Very easy to use. But. USE ELECTRIC KNIVES ONLY. As I cut the first slice of the first loaf, my knife hit square in the side and knocked out a couple of guides. I didn't think they would break so easily. Unfortunately, I liked that it is disassembled and stored in the apartment.
