I bought this for my Dell XPS 13 9350 as I need HDMI, VGA and Ethernet. It seems durable and works like a charm! However, I've encountered issues with the projector using VGA so I can't get VGA to work at the moment, but I think it's a projector communication error. I'll have to try another VGA peripheral some other time and report an update. Currently my HDMI, Ethernet and USB connections are tested and found to be good! For all other Linux users this works (unlike Dell from what I've heard). I'm using Fedora 24 and saw another person's comment that Ubuntu 16.04 works too. No drivers required, just plug and play. This is my second Cable Matters product and I am very happy with both products!
