Review on PetCheck by David Blackstock

I love that PetCheck has an app for my phone that keeps track of all of the dogs in my care. I also LOVE that the system is so easy to use and has a lot of different features. I wish they had more people around who could answer questions when I have them! Sometimes it seems like there are only two or three employees out most days. So sometimes you just have to talk to a customer service rep if you don't get help in the app. We used to give our clients updates on their pets via text messages, but we were not able to do this anymore due to changes at our previous company. This is such a relief to be able to send texts directly from the PetCheck platform! And Pet Check really does check up on our dogs to make sure everything's going well! They can see how and where they go. My clients are incredibly happy with the service. The amount of times they've thanked me for taking.
