We have a Labrador Retriever and have been using UNNI compostable dog waste bags for over a year. Overall we are very happy with this product because it is a good size, really biodegradable and very rarely tears. My husband has big hands but feels like he has enough "cover" to pick up dog poop without stepping on it. When using these pouches for the first time, you should be careful: 1) Peel off the small sticker that secures the new roll; 2) Use them to remove feces from hard snow in winter. After using the bags for a while, you kind of get used to the bags, so there are no more problems. For those dog owners who complain about bags that don't hide the smell of poop, sorry - your dog's poop stinks. This new option is to buy a roll of 300 bags as it is a cheaper option. However, I had to make some compromises in the quality of the product, as the perforation does not come into its own when tearing off the bag, since you can easily wrap 2 holes on the bottom of the bag. I didn't realize it the first time until I walked my dog and slung the bag over my arm. Luckily I had spare parts in my bag! We will continue to purchase pouches that come in boxes of individual rolls of 15 pouches. These rolls are very convenient to keep in the car or in your pocket. And the bags are folded before sewing, so there is no problem to take out a separate bag.
