I bought this scanner after seeing some of the YouTube channels I've followed about its capabilities. I needed to reprogram the passenger weight sensor on my 2013 Accord and watched a video of them successfully doing it with the same scanner on a 2013 Civic, so I pulled the trigger. Long story short, the scanner said it couldn't do the job on my machine so I had to take it to the dealer and spend another $180. Despite all of that, I was able to use this tool to troubleshoot, scan codes, and repair my other cars and some BMWs. This is a very powerful unit, especially when you consider the cost compared to others. I have another complaint and that is the lack of customer service. There is contact information you can use to let the manufacturer know if a feature fails and they can work to improve their product, but that didn't work and I never got a response from them, even after one few e-mails, letters. .
