Great All-inclusive Solution For Marketing Automation
I like that it is very easy to use, has great features for scheduling follow ups with clients or prospects, allows you to email them directly from within your CRM system as well! The only thing i dislike about this tool is how expensive their service plans are compared to other providers out there (like MailChimp).
It's not cheap by any means but if you're looking at getting started in marketing automation then this could be an option worth considering. We have been able to automate many of our processes through this software which saves us time and helps keep track of all communications between ourselves and our customers/prospects.
Pros
- Easy to use interface;
- Email templates available so we don't need complex coding experience.
- Integration wit mailchamp & Hubspot makes life much easier when setting up automated emails / drip campaigns etc
- Great support team who really understand what they do :)
Cons
- Nothing comes immediately off top
