First of all I would like to say that the customer service I received was exceptional. I had a few bumps in the road with my first experiences. The instructions include a URL for downloading printer drivers. I didn't know that URLs are case sensitive. So when I typed the given URL, I didn't type the letters at the end in CAPITAL LETTERS as shown in the manual. Unfortunately, if you enter this URL in all lowercase, the website you are redirecting to is also a dangerous website. I downloaded what I thought was the driver. I got a download warning from my computer but I ignored it because of all the great reviews. I assumed everything would be fine. Unfortunately, I downloaded a virus onto my computer in the process. A few hours later, my PayPal was hacked, as was my husband. They spent 700 from my account, transferred 2000 from my husband's account and opened a business credit card. They changed my email and password and phone number. They tried to access my credit card accounts. So PLEASE make sure to use capital letters as indicated in the link in the manual. I'm leaving a 4 star rating instead of 5 because the manual should have said the URL is case sensitive. Not everyone knows about it. I'm aware of my mistake and should have entered it exactly as shown, but I just didn't think it mattered. This is especially important as the non-capitalized page is the scam page that will try to take your money. I learned the hard way so please learn from my mistakes. Manbin was great. They called me, emailed me and worked with me to find the source of the problem. They even uploaded a video showing how they install drivers on their computers. The bottom line is that they really care. Manbin, consider a note in your manual that the driver reference is case sensitive. It can also be a good idea to include a photo of the site they see when they enter the URL.
