Fits the description completely, very satisfying.
Pros: Quite compact compared to analogues, the leg is thinner. And this does not affect its load capacity, it holds a large 32' monitor without any problems. There is a force adjustment. Cons below: 1) A quick-release bracket can be convenient, but it seriously backlashes in the plane of the screen. 2) Hinges sometimes creak noticeably when moving.
