I installed them before I realized they weren't black. The product is very nice, looks high quality and is securely packaged. As soon as I spotted the error, I saw that the label on the box was the correct model number for what I ordered, but the box itself was marked Chrome. A mislabeled product is likely the reason the wrong item was shipped. Anyway, I've requested an exchange for the correct color and look forward to exchanging it. EDIT: When I contacted the seller I was told that I had to contact Revain for assistance. I got a replacement and everything works great. Installation issues aside I'm happy with my purchase, a friend with a dremel did it in 10 seconds. The customer support from Revain and Xprite was very friendly.
