We recently moved to a big city temporarily as most of my stuff is in storage so I'm stuck with the knife that came with the furnished apartment. Trying to somehow deal with this I finally gave up and started looking for an affordable but GOOD knife and I stumbled upon this one. I was skeptical since it's made in China BUT after seeing the good reviews (and the price is so reasonable) I thought I might give it a try. I'm just upset that I didn't order it sooner. Love-love-love this. It cuts my veggies, bread, meat, etc. like butter. I'm just afraid that my frequent cooking will make it boring. But regardless, almost two weeks after purchase I'm obsessed with it. Highly recommended!
