It has helped us in so many ways! We are able now track our performance as well reach out more customers through social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram which were not possible before using this tool!! The only thing I dislike about it was that when you have multiple promos running at once then sometimes they can overlap each other making them hard or impossible too read properly unless its very clear what promo code applies where - otherwise one promotion gets over written/lost amongst others because we cannot see all promotions together without scrolling down past dozens if even hundreds (which makes no sense).
