Where to start? 1) There are 2 extra pieces which is good except one of the screws looked completely different than the other screws which totally confused me as to where it went. This guide contains about 50% less information than necessary. I speak worse than the instructions from Ikea. Then when we want to hang them up, the top cords are so twisted and overlapping that you can't let the swing hang straight. There is no way not to have them overlap. We hung it on an old swing set so we had to elevate it a bit which didn't help the situation but we don't have trees. Honestly I would like to buy something else. I was supposed to receive this 10 days ago but my order shipped to Virginia not Texas. So having waited twice as long to get this I am of course overall very disappointed in this product and we have not even attempted to use it.
