One would hope to get something solid this way, but I have a feeling that the stand is already so heavy that it won't be able to hold up if you put a 32 -Add inch monitor with security. Movements require crazy wrench adjustments and even hand tightening doesn't stay exactly where you want it, and small movements have meaning of their own. I currently have something holding the opposite corner of the monitor to keep it from wobbling. They've really gone cheaper without offering any sort of broader base. All the pressure is on this small 3 square inch area and it is driving my desk to despair.
