Used to connect Windows 2019 Server to 10GBe switch, plug and play.
Connected to the SFP+ port on my HP Gen 9 server running Windows Server 2019 to my Microtik 10Gbe switch. No problems, it worked right away and delivers full 10Gbe connections.
