Essential During Flu Season/Good For Pets, Too

I love this stuff. I am certain, that both this supplement and the Bee Pollen I have been taking, has kept me from catching the flu, this year. I started taking both about 2 mos. ago, when everyone, everywhere, seemed to be sick, coughing, sneezing, every place I went. I did get a little bit dizzy for a few days and a slight headache, but not a full-blown case of anything. I have also been giving this to my dogs, since 2 of them have contracted a skin yeast infection and it has really helped with the scratching and chewing their feet.
