Review on First Responder Support Tools (FiRST) by Jeffery Pricinoc

The ability for multiple people from different agencies or departments/hierarchy levels within one organization are able solve problems together at their own speed using this system or software is great! There isn't much that i dislike about it but maybe more features would be nice? This helps us get all of our tasks done quickly as well help each department stay organized by giving them what they need when needed without having anyone wait around while others finish up work before theirs comes along etc..
