Review on Efficient Temperature Control with Grundfos 595444 3/4-Inch Clip-On Aquastat Control by Joel Mosqueda

I can't believe my circulating pump went years without it! Why run a pump when the system already has hot water? This reduced the pump running time by probably 90% for us. We have fully insulated hot water and return which helps and we live in California so temperatures are not extreme so your experience may vary. What a huge saving in pumping time and energy consumption. I calculated that it pays for itself in less than a year. It would be nice if you could adjust the temperature, but that's really a small point, maybe for future improvement.
