Worked great. Unlike other vendors, this kit includes the tools needed to install and punch holes in the fabric. There is another wall latch seller that is essentially the same product but does NOT include any tools. The "cap" side consists of two parts: at the top with a small tube and at the bottom with a hole. They are placed on either side of the fabric, and a perforator is used to stretch the tubing to hold the two pieces together. The cap is connected to the part that cuts into the wall. I didn't use a screw on the side as the caps fit perfectly with the existing wall screws in my old RV. The price is a bit high for what you get, almost $2 per unit. I haven't found anything cheaper so I guess that's what it is. The fabric hole punch dulled over time, but it was enough for 6 holes as there are 6 "sets" in the pack.
