Review on Maximize Your Power On-The-Go πŸ”‹ with Goal Zero Nomad 7 Solar Panel! by Shah Moser

Great product! in Solar Panels

I'm going whitewater rafting in Alaska soon and wanted something to charge my iPhone 5 and Fuji XP70 digital camera. In the attached photo, the panels are connected to my camera's charger. The charger plugs into the car charger port that comes with the Nomad 7. It charges the battery in direct sunlight. I'm not sure how long it will be before the battery dies. I tried charging my iPhone 5 but it didn't work. I bought the Guide 10 Plus to charge along with the pad to charge my phone and other devices. When I first bought the panels they were scratched and the box was damaged. It may have been returned and resold as new. Revane sent me another one. Then I had an issue with batteries not holding a charge in the Guide 10 Plus. Contacted Goal Zero because the batteries were manufactured in March 2013 as stated on the battery. However, I only bought it on 3/2015. If batteries are not used within the first year, they may become weak or lose their charge. Although I bought the Guide 10 elsewhere, the Goal Zero replaced the batteries for me. I have provided proof of purchase, photos of the batteries and frequency of use before making a claim. I've spoken directly to Goal Zero several times to find out what's best to use on this journey. Customer service and knowledge is great. I also became a certified salesperson for my part-time outdoor store. I really believe in the quality of the product. In addition, they work hard to reach communities in need, including third world countries. I highly recommend checking out their website!
