Two stars for durable design and good size. When I tested it under ideal conditions, the panel didn't put out more than 3.5 watts, which is half of the advertised power. Exchange for a cheaper panel with a higher capacity and an actual power output closer to 15W.

Just got home from a month long trip and LOVE the new 11800 Nomad V2. I've only used it to charge our GPS, cell phones, digital cameras and Kindle Paperwhite.
