I love how easy it was to set up my account, all of our doctors are able to log in from anywhere at anytime! It's also very user friendly for patients as well so they can easily navigate their way through everything that we offer here @ visitbase!! There isn't anything i dislike about this system just yet but if there ever comes something along with me being an employee then yes maybe let us know? We use Visibase primarily because its been around since before most other systems were created (about 15 years now) which makes sense considering what we do & where we work/practice out of! If you're looking into some sort of Practice Management Software or even Patient Portal System than definitely give them a call first hand! They have helped many practices throughout California by creating custom portals built specifically for each clinic / hospital etc.. The benefits include having one place to go when trying to find information regarding patient portal accounts, appointments ect... Also helps keep track of.
