While the headphones were working, everyone was satisfied. After about 7 months of careful home use, the inside of the ear pad came apart. Took it under warranty, it's a matter of life. The warranty was denied to me on the grounds: ". the warranty does not cover defects resulting from the following: damage or wear to any accessory or decorative surface." Ear cushion - on a full-size earphone in their opinion an accessory? Why isn't it sold separately then? Now it is not clear what to do, whether to glue it yourself, or to a shoe shop, or to buy on alik (again, there is no guarantee that they will last longer), or to court. The most funny thing is that while the headphones were in the service center, the second ear cushion was glued. I did not expect such a set-up from JBL, like headphones are a trifle, but not pleasant. At the same time, even with the naked eye you can see that this is a manufacturing defect, just bad glue.
