Review of the EIMIN online store's terrible customer service: I recently had a terrible experience purchasing at the EIMIN online store. Simply put, the customer care was appalling. A dress and a set of shoes I had ordered turned up in terrible shape. The dress had a noticeable rip, and the shoes were covered in scratches.

I got in touch with their customer support team right away to ask for a return or exchange, but all I got was a rude and unhelpful representative. My worries were dismissed by the representative, who even implied that I was to blame for the damage. It was a disappointing and frustrating encounter. The return procedure was time-consuming and tedious, which made matters worse. I had to follow up with their customer service department for several days before I eventually got a return label, and after I shipped the items back, it took weeks for the refund to be processed. Overall, because of their subpar customer service and lax quality control, I would not suggest shopping at the EIMIN web store. The hassle and aggravation are not worth it.
