Review of the EIMIN online store's terrible customer service: I recently had a terrible experience purchasing at the EIMIN online store. Simply put, the customer care was appalling. A dress and a set of shoes I had ordered turned up in terrible shape. The dress had a noticeable rip, and the shoes were covered in scratches.

I got in touch with their customer support team right away to ask for a return or exchange, but all I got was a rude and unhelpful representative.
