The radio really works, I'm more than satisfied. My 2009 did not connect to the antenna. That's a stupid move on their part. Article much higher quality than stock. Very easy to install. All you need for installation is a Phillips screwdriver. Worth the money despite the broken antenna and highly recommended. I wanted to add one more thing. I have a 2009 base model Mazda 3, 2.0 has a clock. You cannot control the clock with this radio. It bothered me until I pressed the mode button on the steering wheel. As soon as I did that, the fuel gauge came on and I lost a useless watch. I did not expect this.
