Pros - It supports RPi 4 in a "cool" stable situation. Mission accomplished. Cons - During installation, the thermal tape is so small that anything can tear it into small pieces, in threes, provided none were left intact during installation. I thought that after a little heat the parts would collapse into a single piece and do their job, I don't really care. You need to be very patient and careful with the tape. Now, after installation, the sound is almost silent, which was a very unexpected pleasant surprise - I was very pleased. After 45 days of continuous use (making the RPi a home firewall with IPS) one of the fans got very noisy so I took it apart and cleaned both fans to see if that would improve the noise, but to no avail. I'm considering replacement fans as the noise is getting annoying. Noise is the only reason I gave it a 4 overall.
