I like best of all security, easy to use interface for employees at any place in world where they can be reached from anywhere with internet connection - even without VPN or proxy! Easy integration into social networks (fb/twitter) helps me keep up date about new events / offers & other information related my department and colleagues around us using virtual badge system so it's great benefit as well! Best thing when you are working remotely then everyone knows who belongs what team etc :) Security issues sometimes may cause problems but VB has good solution by creating groups which help solving this problem easily. We have solved many different IT questions regarding our remote workers' tasks performance through implementing BPSS process within organization structure via VMAS implementation along side VRM project.
