Review on 🚗 Short Carbon Fiber Car Antenna - Universal Replacement (4.7 inch) Aluminum Black AM/FM Radio - GTP by Jordan Jackson

The quality here is extremely poor. When I first received the piece it seemed decent enough. Nothing permanently binds or fixes the antenna to the base. When I started screwing them on, I tried to hand tighten them as much as possible. From the very first attempt to screw it in, it seemed like the threads slipped right in as it tried to press nice and firmly against the base. I found a sweet spot just in front of the slip where it was as stiff as I could and rode it for about a month. The reception has never been so good. 2 of my 6 most common FM presets that worked great with the factory antenna didn't work at all with this one. It fell off when I washed my car last week. I found it and tried to screw it back on but the threads are completely gone and it's not even trying to stay on. Terrible purchase that I totally regret.
