Review on BONECO W300 Humidifier Air Washer by Matt Tebow

Not what I expected for $250. This air purifier/vaporizer has not yet been completely sold. If you're familiar with the term swamp cooler, then it's very similar. Inside is a rotating drum filter that rotates in the water tank. The air is drawn in from above by a fan, hits the water drum and exits at the side. That's all. I live in New Mexico and it's very dry there. Therefore, evaporative coolers work well here. If you live in humid areas I don't think this will add extra moisture. After a few nights the air got cleaner and not so dry. I filled it out once a day. So maybe that adds 2 gallons or so a day. I love that it's very low-tech, easy to keep clean, and energy efficient. I plan on never turning it off in the winter. I don't like the green LED that can't be turned off. I have this machine in my bedroom. Lose the light and drop $100 and I recommend dry desert areas.
